Additional Information about Custom Painting
The finished work can be picked up in person in Berlin or sent to you. Shipping costs are not included in the price. They are to be paid by the client.
Please note that I paint directly with acrylic on instinct. Each work is created in the moment and is irreplaceable, not reproducible.

Shipping
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes.
If your country is not yet included in the shipping area, please contact me via the contact form.
What are the shipping costs?
Note: The correct shipping will appear in your shopping cart after you enter your address.
When will I receive my items?
All items will be shipped within a week and a half. Items to the EU are usually delivered within a week; items to outside of Europe can take up to 2-3 weeks due to customs controls.
How do I track my order?
You can use the courier link below to track your parcel with the tracking number provided on your confirmation.

Returns
How do I return my order?
Artworks are not returnable.
For the Art-to-Wear collection, you have up to 7 days from the date of delivery of your order to arrange a return. Please also note that all items must be returned to us in a brand new condition for a refund.
Please note that you will need to cover the cost of returning your unwanted items and you will not be provided with a returns label/QR code once you register your return.
